devotions on the hill

On the hill Molkenberg, height 293m, there will be an ecumenical prayer service on Saturday afternoon. From the watchtower on the hill you can enjoy the fantastic views over Bad Orb and the marquee can also be seen from this vantage point. Priests of the Catholic and Protestant community celebrate the devotions and they will find the right words to express the harmony of music, nature and God’s word. The musical frame for the prayers will be performed by several orchestras, all participants in the music festival. Under the direction of the Bad Orb orchestra’s conductor they will send their musical greetings down to the valley. Also the patron of the Festival, Jacob de Haan, will wield his baton conducting his own Music.
